This is the 3rd time i chose this hotel to stay at over Pullman Zamzam or others in clock tower, as price is very affordable, and it takes 5 mins to reach HARAM by taxi dropping under the tunnel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stay away from this hotel, the staff are extremely unfriendly.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. On my first day I was mocked by the receptionist when I asked if he could speak English. On the day I was checking out, I requested assistance from the receptionist (different person this time) to help book me a taxi to Madinah and he simply refused and said this is not my job. Horrible people and service.

Poor shuttle service

the shuttle service is very poor or not there at all , spent sitting 30 min on shuttle as it waited for other shuttle to come back and the route it took for haram took us one hour to reach haram although it is just 10 min away , it also dropped us at SAPTCO stand and took us another 30 min to reach haram as we had to walk , with family and kids this is absurd.also there is no return shuttle or where it will come , had to pay 80 SR to taxi and another day 50 SR , I will not be staying in this hotel again

Nice place to stay, most of the needed service are available around the hotel, restaurants, coffee shop, mini market and transportations

The accomodation was reasonable cost however didnt really...

The accomodation was reasonable cost however didnt really get what'we paid for. Location was perfect. Many good restaurants around and Hotel is on main road so catching a taxi was super easy. The check-in process was quick and easy. The check out was lightning fast.

The room was not provided with water and coffee as amenities every day and the room was made up only once in 6 days and that too only on my insistance . Their housekeeping was terrible with services not being rendered. The lobby and communal areas were not kept clean as well as the area immediately infront of the Hotel. The elevators took ages to catch even though there were many of them. The hotel staff and management staff seemed helpless when complaining to them as they could not even remedy the situation.
